[URGENT] Payement problem



It’s quite unusual case for me, as for everyone else probably. I lost my bank card recently, locked it, and I’m waiting for a new one currently - but apart from that, I can’t pay for the server untill it will arrive. Is there any way to “freeze” payement for like a week? Is there any grace period or I should start backup of my database?

Make a backup offsite IMMEDIATLY! Scaleway is known for deleting stuff very fast.


I can confirm that as well. The grace period is very short.

However you should absolutely create a support ticket and inform them of this situation, maybe they can give you a longer grace period, especially if you are a long-time customer.
