The support ticketing system is broken for me. I’ve got an instance that’s unresponsive (not event pingable) and rebooting doesn’t help, however I can’t open a support ticket about it. When I enter the details and press “submit” it displays a spinner for a second or two, then that goes away and the submit button is disabled, but I’m left on the same page. This really is an absolutely crucial system that should never be broken! Is there anyone there at Scaleway reading this who can fix this?
BTW I normally use Firefox, but have also tried Chrome and Safari and none of them work :-(.
