dont worry we just need more people start concerning about this and more people start reporting since this is not normal, going to tweet them and lets see the ignorance of them lol
well, you are not the first one: https://twitter.com/scaleway/status/984007338003779584
yet, they are still convinced their network has no issues. Been reported a lot already.
I was still experiencing the slowdown yesterday (or the day before yesterday) but I’m running a lot iperf tests today (to both our servers and public iperf server) and TCP streams are no longer stuck to 1 Mbit/s.
It would be nice to know if this was an issue related to the Online.net network in any way (and the other problems/events reported few days ago).
as far as I know, there have been some significant network changes yesterday. Since your issue seems to be fixed since yesterday it was probably related.
I guess It’s just a matter of time until it happens again (third time for me). horrible network planning I’d guess.
… and it’s back to “normal” today (1 Mbit/s).
we have identified a buggy DC3 <-> AMS 100g link (no apparent errors on routeurs sic but still loosing some packets which caused slow bandwitdth on this specific link). This link is now out of production, it should fix a lot of bandwidth related issues.
just took you about 6 weeks… however, good to kow this bug might be fixed.
Seems like that was it. I’m no longer able to replicate issues I had before. Thanks
“seeems fixed” but time will tell
