[Question] [Activation account] Can't receive a phone code on my mobile operator


Didn’t receive any phone code in Belarus (Velcom - phone operator). How can I activate my account?



In case you still have not received the SMS code, you can open a support ticket to manually validate your account by the technical assistance team.


I can’t create support ticket because it ask me to provide phone number

I am having the same problem. I am not getting an SMS to confirm my mobile number and therefore I am not able to complete my registration nor opening a ticket.
