Online.net stealling money from his clients

Hello,

I’m really start to get more and more angry! Online.net has charged my Credit card with over 550€ for services i canceld in September 2017 this January and i did not have even access to these resources!
A support agent simply has re-added the already canceld services to my account? WTF
I already try’d to call online.net support hotline but im getting rejected all the time. I dont get any propper answer from the support.

Either this issues gets solved very very fast or you guys can expect that i will sue you!

I adwise everybody to be careful with online.net.
They first have a very big network automation issues and the support is horrible stupid. Because they are simply not able to read.
