No access to AMS1 instance

I’m unable to access one of my AMS1 instances (51.15.52.x). There’s also no access via local address from other instances. Also, web console isn’t working at all (for other instances too).
It’s getting really critical (main business mail server) and support isn’t responding at all.
Does anyone have problems too?

It’s not working for more than 2 hours now. Now I understand why people move to more stable services - Scaleway isn’t treating us serious.

Update: more than 14 hours (with Developer support plan!) and still nobody from scaleway cares, this is ridiculous!

No more network devices

After looking at other posts with this error I’m sure, that they probably won’t fix it at all.

Yeah. Their support responded after 36 hours from my report. After I removed faulty instance. They wrote, that reported instance id do not match instances I own. No comments…
