Need help with setting up raid0 on new Scaleway Bare Metal Server

#1

Hey guys!

I was wondering if its possible to setup raid0 on these new bare metal servers? Yes I am aware that I can lose my data, but I need the maximum performance.

Right out the box they come setup like this:

root@bm-priceless-kowalevski:~# cat /proc/mdstat
Personalities : [raid1] [linear] [multipath] [raid0] [raid6] [raid5] [raid4] [raid10]
md1 : active raid1 nvme0n1p3[0] nvme1n1p3[1]

md0 : active raid1 nvme1n1p2[1] nvme0n1p2[0]
      613376 blocks super 1.2 [2/2] [UU]

I followed this tutorial by digital ocean: https://www.digitalocean.com/community/tutorials/how-to-create-raid-arrays-with-mdadm-on-ubuntu-18-04

but run into issues when I try to umount the existing mounts. I always get the error that they’re busy.

Any help is appreciated. I spent the last 4 hours trying to figure out what to do
