How do you get support?

We have the Business support plan, we are located in America and call the American number listed but we just get hung up on. We have a ticket open for the past 15 hours and last response was 10 hours ago, it is mission critical to us, we have escalated, called, reported to manager but still nothing.

Does anyone know how to get support to help with a ticket or how to successfully call into support?
