Error: at least one volume attached to the server is not available

Hi,

I can’t access my server since I have done a Snapshot. It is still snapshooting for more than 10 hours. I can’t reboot the instance and also I can’t access by console or ssh…

I have created a support ticket but no response… Please I need an urgent reboot.
