  • New server powered on, physical failure 2 hours after => bad hardware @ online.net. Rank zero
  • No commercial offering, “that offer is no more available, simply take a more expensive one”. No willingness to listen, they just keep saying “oh sorry” => zero for online.net commercial policy.

What is a client for them? Just a cash machine?
