Can't validate phone number


I recently signed up with scaleway and have been unable to validate my phone number (no messages received). Additionally, I am unable to open a ticket with the support team as the site automatically forwards me to complete the validation set.

Not sure what to do.

I tried again yesterday and I magically got the verification code. Not sure what was blocking the txt message before.


Sorry for hijacking this thread but I have a very similar problem: I can’t validate my account because my phone number has supposedly already been used. I have never used Scaleway. Can you help? Also I can’t figure out how to send a PM on here
