Cannot register: “Phone already used”

I cannot register with my phone number of six years, getting a “Phone already used” error. I have never signed up with Scaleway before.

The number is a Google Voice number (which are not known for being reused between multiple active clients), but I get the same error when trying the backup physical phone I got a few years ago, either.

What do I have to do to get my account registered?
