EDIT : solved, nevermind.

Before :
High ping (22 ms) and low bandwidth per socket (~170 kB/s) in the Scaleway -> SFR home fiber direction
After
Normal ping (5 ms) and normal bandwidth per socket ( ~ 16 MB/s)
