Day 3
Suspension of service
We have tried to contact you about an unusual activity detected on your Scaleway account. Unfortunately at this time you did not reply to our request.

WHAT?! tried to contact ?! it’s not fun! last post from scaleway was "Maxime LAGOUTTE: “I send your request to our specialists. They will come back with more informations.”

That is pretty normal for scaleway. If you do not want to have to deal with those kind of issues all the time, you have to move somewhere else.

My two cents: customer support at Scaleway is a joke. If you don’t care about reliability, and if you don’t mind wasting time and effort on issues like these if it’ll save you a bit of money, I guess they’re worth considering. And you could get lucky and not face a single issue for years. But for mission-critical stuff, better pay a bit more elsewhere for more reliability and proper customer support.
