[ANSWERED] - Dear online support, are you going to resolve the network issue of my server


Dear online support, my server is runing at a bad network condition, it will lose 50%-60% of packets when the bandwidth usage gose up to 500mbps.

I created a ticket to report this issue about one week ago, you tell me to generate MTR and iperf reports again and again, I did that per your request, no matter how many times I told that this is not a peering issue.

Your latest reply is “I’ll get back to you soon”, and I have waited 5 days and no more replies to ticket 658541.

I have no more ways to ask for help besides posting content here, please forgive me.
