Account locked?



my scaleway-account has just been locked and all my instances are unreachable. When I login I see the message “Your account requires manual review by the Trust&Safety team.”, there is also a Ticket, which I cant open due to an error message.

What is happening here? Why are my instances stopped instantly, without prior warning? Why can’t I access the ticket?

I need immediate access to two of these instances.
