The other day I found that my server was unable to connect

I tried to log in to the console (console.online.net)

But I found that I could not login. It indicated that the password was wrong.

And then I tried to get the password back

But I did not receive the password reset mail

The mistake in the picture is not my mistake on the landing

I use https://console.online.net/en/assistance/commercial.

Submit the problem, it prompts the error, as the picture does.

I can’t speak English in English

So I can’t use the phone to communicate

So if I understand correctly you are trying to connect to a server to which you don’t have the password. I would suggest to provide all the required ID following this : https://documentation.online.net/en/account-management/account/lost-password

I have tried it, but help me, it can not retrieve the password (see the GIF picture below).

I looked for my email, and I found that the last bill came from February.

Later no longer to send me the bill

I suspect someone has stolen my account and changed the name of the mailbox and account.
